Sophie Delannoy joins the Globe40 2028-2029! 

After the 2025 Mini Transat and her first season in Class40, Sophie Delannoy is taking on a new challenge: the 2028-2029 Globe40!

With her SDG 5 – Equal Seas project, Sophie aims to build a predominantly female team to race around the world with a clear ambition: to fight for victory while promoting gender equality in offshore sailing.

A project that is sporting, team-oriented and purpose-driven, aiming to show that with equal resources and equal skills, women can also compete at the very top of the Class40 fleet.
